Welcome to The Speech Centre Galway. Our Galway speech therapy branch is a specialist Speech and Language Therapy service working with adults only. We provide speech, language and swallowing assessment and intervention to adults in nursing homes and hospitals all over the West of Ireland, as well as visiting people in their homes to provide therapy in the comfort of their own environment Our two senior therapists, Sinead and Colette, work as a team to provide exceptional dysphagia care and communication therapy, and between them have specialist expertise working with people with dementia, stroke, neurological conditions and traumatic brain injury. If you are in need of any of our services please get in touch with us directly, we would be delighted to hear from you.<br /> While our Galway speech therapy team predominantly works in nursing homes and hospitals, or in a client’s own home, we may occasionally offer speech and language consultations at our administrative base at the Knocknacarra Medical Centre in Galway. We have free parking available in our private on-site car park and all facilities are wheelchair accessible on the ground floor.
