The Bridge Secondary School
The Bridge is one of only 42 special schools across the country designated a National Teaching School. Our Executive Head teacher, Dr Penny Barratt, was appointed as a National Leader of Education in 2009 and we are one of only 48 special schools in the country to be designated a National Support School. We are a specialist school for Communication and Interaction and were the first SEN Leadership and Innovation Academy in the country.
