Swabalambi
Swabalambi is a Community Based Organization practicing Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) for equalization of opportunities and Rights and inclusion/mainstreaming of all Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) within their communities. Swabalambi works in 140 villages at 12 Gaon Panchayats in Dimoria Block, Kamrup District (M). It is facilitating services at the doorstep of more than 600 PWDs with the help of 12 trained CBR Workers. Swabalambi works in the area of Health, Education, Livelihood, Social and Empowerment for holistic development and mainstreaming of PWDs in the community.
