With twenty-plus years of rich and varied pediatric experience, Shad has worked in rural schools, aquatics, homes, and clinical settings. During that time, he has treated a multitude of diagnoses and focused extensively on orthotic evaluation, casting, and fitting. He treats children as individuals, taking a personal, whole body approach when addressing an issue rather than targeting only the area of concern.
