I do consultations over Zoom As a Registered Dietitian, I specialise in Autism specifically. With my work, I meet the client where they are at and work towards a healthy diet from there. I follow a biomedical approach. I treat nutrient deficiencies, digestive problems like constipation, diarrhoea, stomach cramps, food intolerances and more. In my experience, digestive problems are the biggest contributors to picky eating and severe behavioural problems. I can also help with picky eating by guiding the parents on how to expand the child's diet. Once the diet is in check, there is a lot of progress that I see with eating and overall development.
