P. Olivia Goodell
Ms. Goodell is a Senior Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and Research Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Upper West Side location of New York Neurogenic Speech-Language Pathology. P. Olivia has extensive experience working with both the adult and pediatric populations and has worked in numerous clinical settings such as public schools, inpatient rehabilitation, and private practice. Her clinical experiences include the evaluation and treatment of articulation, phonological, language, voice, swallowing and fluency disorders. She is a Guardian NMES® certified clinician and has taught in several New York City universities alongside Ms. Barrera. P. Olivia has a love for research and has participated in research analyzing the variability of children’s speech sounds which was presented at the 2012 Florida State University NSSLHA conference. In addition, she was part of the research team that measured the duration of stutters for the development of the TOCS: Test of Childhood Stuttering.
