Michaela Medved
Michaela Medved is the Director of Patient Care and has extensive clinical experience working with both the adult and pediatric populations.Ms. Medved, a native and fluent Russian speaker, earned her BA in Psychology from Binghamton University, completed her MA in Speech-Language Pathology at CUNY, Lehman College, and holds a New York State Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certificate. As a LSVT LOUD® certified therapist, Ms. Medved has provided individualized voice treatment sessions as well as a variety of group therapy programs. She has additional experience providing elective accent reduction therapy and participated in an intensive program focused on providing treatment to individuals who stutter. Ms. Medved’s pediatric experiences include administering treatment to children with expressive/receptive language disorders and pragmatic deficits, specifically children classified as having an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
