VREC is a positive and welcoming place that allows students with disabilities to experience the many aspects of a comprehensive school in the least restrictive environment possible. The curriculum is Standards of Learning (SOL) based but is modified to meet the needs of a very diverse population. Classrooms are designed with adaptive equipment and state-of-the-art technology resources.
