MALBIR
Malbir Dhaliwal is a parent of twins with Autism who were diagnosed in 2003. While she was residing with her family in Singapore, the twins were placed in an intensive ABA programme provided by Autism Partnership Singapore. Upon returning to Malaysia in 2009, she established Autism Link with the clinical support of Autism Partnership Hong Kong and Singapore. Malbir oversees and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations at Autism Link.
