Kara Shipley
Kara grew up in Northern New Jersey. While in high school, she worked as a dietary assistant at a nursing home, and that is when she first saw the impact that communication has on one’s quality of life. She shadowed the speech-language pathologist and decided it was the perfect career for her. After high school, Kara attended La Salle University for both her bachelor’s and master’s Degrees in speech-language pathology
