Judith Palmer Castor
Dr. Castor is a Behavioral Health Specialist with a passion and commitment towards developing sustainable strategies for better health outcomes. Throughout her career she has actively pursued behavioral, clinical and socio-cultural issues relating to women, children and families within a broad spectrum of health care services both domestically and internationally.<br /> Whether it’s examining sex trafficking through a public health lens from an international perspective, looking for behavioral strategies for healthy choices for teen relationships, or being part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Panel for Early Childhood Development, Dr. Castor is at the front of these challenging issues.<br /> Currently, Dr. Castor divides her time between Aphios Corporation where she is the Director of Clinical Research and CHILD Accra where she serves as the Behavioral Health Director. Her personal ethic is the active pursuit of behavioral, public health and social determinants of health relating to vulnerable populations combined with evaluation research, program development and management.
