Emily Gomeztagle
Emily graduated from Marquette University with a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. She comes to tuLIPS with extensive experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Hospitals, where she evaluated and treated adults with speech language and cognitive disorders, recovering from strokes and TBI’s. While in the medical setting, she added to her experience in the treatment and identification of swallowing and feeding disorders as well. Most recently, Emily worked in the public-school system in Los Angeles. There she gained experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including phonological disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, articulation disorders and Autism spectrum disorder. She is passionate about her field of work and loves finding ways to make therapy enjoyable and effective for her clients of all ages!
