Elisabeth Scott
Elisabeth is from Sacramento, CA where she began taking sign language courses during her schooling at St. Francis High School. Elisabeth was drawn to apply to speech-language pathology programs across the country. Elisabeth attended the University of Kansas for her undergraduate degree in Speech-Language and Hearing and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. During her time in graduate school, Elisabeth received extensive training in the public-school districts regarding evaluation and treatment of articulation, phonology, language and social pragmatic disorders. Elisabeth also completed three months at Phoenix Children’s Hospital where she worked with infants and children with feeding and swallowing difficulties. Elisabeth strongly believes in working with families in order for speech therapy to generalize into the child’s everyday life. Elisabeth is passionate about working with children with neuro diversities and infants with feeding difficulties.
