ELA Special Education and Rehabilitation Center was established in 2008 in Nicosia by Bora DERİM. Our institution plays an important role in the life of hundreds of individuals with special needs in our country. Initially serving in a smaller building, ELA moved to its new location in October 2016 with the support of its director, Osman TAŞ, in order to meet the increasing need for special education and provide better service.
