Dr. Ramandeep Kaur is a Speech-Language Pathologist, autism researcher, Professor, and Head of Speech Pathology at Father Muller College of Speech and Hearing, Mangalore. With over 14 years of clinical and academic experience, her work focuses on autism, child language disorders, social-pragmatic communication, and culturally responsive assessment and intervention. She is the Founder and Director of Speranza – Inspiring Communication Therapy Centre and developer of the INSPIRE intervention programme for children with autism. Her work spans intervention development, cultural adaptation, research mentorship, parent and professional training, and evidence-based clinical practice, with a strong commitment to advancing culturally relevant autism research and services in India.
