Clarity: The Speech, Hearing, and Learning Center
Clarity is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been serving Upstate South Carolina since 1948 and our mission is to empower people to overcome speech, hearing, learning, social, and emotional challenges. We exist to help people realize their potential, overcome their challenges and improve their quality of life. Clarity is an in network provider for multiple insurance plans including Medicaid and we offer an income-based sliding scale (Clarity Cares). Our financial support comes from service fees paid for services by individuals, insurance providers, Medicaid and other third party providers. Additionally, we receive support from grants, individuals and corporate donors to ensure our services remain accessible to those who cannot afford to pay full fees.
