Ms. Gibson's love for students and adults with special needs began in 2007 when she began volunteering at a self-contained special education school in The Bahamas. Since then, her love for those in this community has only grew and turned into a passion.<br /> Ms.Gibson received her bachelors degree in Special Education (Adapted Curriculum) from the University of Georgia in 2013, and received her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University in 2016. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2016. She started R.O.C to meet the needs of those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families in the community. Her primary role at R.O.C is Lead Behaviorist/ Clinical Director.
