Ami Thomas
My name is Denise Clark and I am an Occupational Therapist. I have been an OT for 29 years, 28 of them at Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities. I have worked with students ages 6-22 throughout my career there. This includes students with autism, cerebral palsy, dual diagnosis, developmental delay, CHARGE syndrome, Rett Syndrome, Down Syndrome and behavioral issues. Students have ranged from a mild to moderate disability to the severe to profound range. Treatments have included handwriting, fine motor, self care, feeding, vocational, social skills, sensory processing, neuromuscular and wheelchair management.
